Veronica 

      Hello! My name is Veronica. I am from Galveston, Texas, America. I have been teaching English for around 3 years now and most of that has been in China. Before moving to Hangzhou I lived in the beautiful seaside city of Qingdao. While living in Qingdao I worked at several schools, while studying Chinese at Oceans University of China. These schools included WEB International, World English and English Language Institute. I also had several private students, who preferred more free form of language learning.
      I consider my teaching style to be fun, creative, interesting and supportive. I am a very approachable person, who always tries to make her students feel at ease in her classes. I have successfully helped many students gain solid understanding in the basics of English and taught them useful study tools which they can use to build a stronger comprehension. My major at university was International Economics and I make use of this when I am teaching my business classes.
      Learning another language can be a fun and eye-opening experience, for not only are you learning a language but learning about a different culture. While here in China , I am very lucky to be able to both share my students’ experiences as they learn and have my own while I study Chinese. As a language student myself and speaker of four other languages I can fully relate to the difficulties others may have.
